1. The service
Kart Bay provides advertising, search, messaging, moderation, featured-advert and dealer-subscription services. Kart Bay is not a party to the sale of advertised goods and does not take custody of goods or item-sale payments.
2. Accounts and adverts
You must provide accurate information, protect your account, have the right to sell advertised goods, disclose material faults, and comply with Irish law. We may review, reject, remove or suspend content or accounts to protect users and the service.
3. Transactions
Buyer and seller are responsible for inspection, price, payment method, collection, postage, insurance, tax obligations, warranties and any contract between them. Verify goods and payment independently.
4. Paid services
Featured adverts run for the period shown at checkout. Dealer subscriptions renew until cancelled through the method Kart Bay provides. Statutory consumer rights are not affected. Except where law requires otherwise, charges for a feature already supplied are not refundable.
5. Prohibited use
Do not post stolen, counterfeit, illegal, unsafe or misleading goods; impersonate others; harvest data; introduce malware; evade moderation; or use Kart Bay for fraud.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Kart Bay does not guarantee a listing, seller, buyer, item, transaction, message or uninterrupted availability. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
